Claire is an Principal Economist and strategist with a background in property and infrastructure. Over the last 15 years Claire has led a range of studies assessing optimal strategies and end user impact of changes to social and economic infrastructure and operations.

 

Claire specialises in optimising property, asset and infrastructure portfolios through the development of strategic asset management frameworks, economic and financial analysis (including cost benefit analysis and economic impact assessment) policy development, procurement analysis and business cases.  Claire has a reputation for innovative and collaborative solutions that deliver funding and improved operations for her clients.
