Toby has 20 years' experience in managing and delivering strategic assessments, option appraisals and detailed business cases, for large, complex infrastructure and service initiatives across multiple Australian jurisdictions. Toby is an experienced Economist, and has years of experience in providing financial management and business advisory services.

 

He utilises his socio-economic, financial, risk and procurement analysis skills in the production of investment-grade business cases, and decision support tools and models.
